Programs Director
Cynthia Brown, CPSM, serves as business developer for the Education, Science & Technology studio of WHR Architects. Previously she was director of business development for SmithGroup/F&S for four years. A member of SMPS since 2006, Cynthia served on the 2007 Gala committee and led the CPSM study group in 2008-09.
Cynthia has 18 years of experience in communications, marketing and business development for a variety of industries. She is a past president of the Association for Women in Communications, Dallas Chapter, and past treasurer of the Dallas chapter of Public Relations Society of America. She volunteers her time on the board of her neighborhood association in Cedar Hill and on the Fall Festival committee at her church. She and husband Steve are long-time residents of Cedar Hill. They love to play golf and cheer on the Dallas Mavericks. |
